New to Church?

Welcome! Whether you've just moved to the area, or have lived here all your life - we hope the website helps you find out what you want to know about Carlisle Christian Fellowship.
Key info about the church...
When & where does the church meet?
The church meets every Sunday at 10:30am for our Sunday Service. It helps to get there 10 minutes early to get a parking spot and seat in time for the service to start.

We meet at the church building in the middle of the city. The address is:

What to expect when I visit the church

You can expect a warm welcome, great worship, an impacting preach and a friendly bunch of people gathering to learn more about God.

Also tea, coffee and biscuits!

What happens to the kids at church?

Stepping Stones, our Children’s Ministry, caters for children from 0-11. There are three groups currently, Gems, Pebbles and Boulder Gang. The children can learn more about God in a creative and interesting way, whilst having fun and building relationships with each other. We encourage the children to participate in all aspects of church life. Our children stay in the service for the worship and leave after the children's talk.

Stepping Stones - Overseers Katy McNeill & Ruth Smithson

Gems – contact Katy McNeill

For babies and toddlers. A chance to play, make some noise, run around and do simple activities. Parents can leave children; or stay if needed.

Pebbles – coordinator Jackie Gollings

For pre-schoolers upwards. A chance to have fun learning about Jesus and Father God through drama, puppets, pictures and props.
Boulder Gang – coordinator Stephen Mason

Older children have loads of fun - craft, stories, drama and games as we dig a little deeper into what the Bible says and what it means to us and our friends.

Cornerstone – Coordinator Ruth Smithson

Is there a dress code?
No!
Just wear something comfortable!

Will I be made to feel uncomfortable?

Not at all!

We will be welcoming, and you will not be forced to do anything you are not comfortable doing. We want you to feel right at home and enjoy the service. Do join us for a drink and snacks after the service to get to know some people from the church.
